Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every order placed on seoforall.net (the "Site"), operated by FABIAN BIEBER at Spanenkamp 30A 45699 ("SEO For ALL", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We sell search engine optimization (SEO) services delivered digitally, such as SEO audits, keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, local SEO and SEO packages. The content, deliverables and delivery time of each service are described on its page.

2. Placing an order

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• When ordering, you must provide the URL of the website concerned and accurate contact details.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason (for example illegal content, adult content or a website we cannot access), in which case you are fully refunded.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full when ordering and is processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

• Work starts within 24 hours (business days) after your order, or after you send us any information we asked for.
• Deliverables (reports, files, recommendations) are sent by email. Delivery times are indicative and start once we have everything we need from you.
• If we cannot deliver within twice the announced time for reasons on our side, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information and, when needed, read-only access to tools such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics. We will never ask for your passwords.
• For services where we edit your website, you remain responsible for keeping a backup of your website before we start.
• You confirm that you own the website or are authorized to order services for it.

6. No guarantee of rankings

Search engine rankings depend on factors we do not control, including search engine algorithms and your competitors. We commit to delivering the service described with care and professional skill, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or revenue.

7. Intellectual property

Once your order is paid in full, you may freely use the deliverables for your own business. Our methods, templates, tools and know-how remain our property. You may not resell our deliverables as your own service without our written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We keep all information about your website and business confidential and use it only to perform the service you ordered. We may mention your business as a client reference only with your permission.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Your right of withdrawal and our refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, loss of data or loss of rankings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. In that case, we will inform you and either deliver as soon as possible or refund you.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied, contact us first at contact@seoforall.net. We reply within 48 hours and will do our best to find a solution. If you are a consumer, you may also contact a consumer mediation service in your country.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version that applies is the one published on the Site when you placed your order.
